gasa.me respects copyright and responds to notices of alleged infringement submitted in good faith. This page describes how copyright owners or authorized agents can notify us about material they believe infringes their rights.
How to submit a notice
A valid copyright notice should be sent to dmca@gasa.me. Please include enough detail for us to review the request and respond appropriately.
What your notice should include
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on gasa.me, such as a direct URL
- your name, organization if applicable, and reliable contact information
- a statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- your physical or electronic signature
How we may respond
After receiving a facially valid notice, we may review the report, request clarification, remove or limit access to the reported material, or take other steps that are reasonable under the circumstances.
Counter notices
If you believe material was removed or restricted by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notice to dmca@gasa.me. A counter notice should provide enough information for us to identify the affected material, reach you, and assess the basis for restoration.
Repeat infringement
gasa.me may take appropriate action in response to repeated or clearly abusive infringement activity, including restricting access to service features or content where appropriate.
Misuse of this process
Submitting knowingly false, misleading, or abusive notices or counter notices may expose the sender to liability. Please make sure any notice you submit is accurate and complete.

We may update this DMCA Policy as the service, reporting workflow, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page.
